Series PT High Temperature Melt Pressure Transducers and Transmitters

　　该产品通过十多年的研制并不断的改进，从1998年3月开始采用自主研制的新型膜片，使高温溶体压力传感器的温漂大幅下降，并可在强酸碱环境中使用。比原产品在使用寿命上延长5～10倍，并继续保持国内领先，达到国际同类水平。现已大批量出口欧洲及北美洲等30多个国家。
　　PT系列高温熔体压力传感器适用于化纤、塑料、橡胶、石化等高温熔体压力或其它耐高温的流体压力的测量和控制。我公司吸收了国外同类产品先进技术，采用进口原材料和关键元器件组织生产，具有工作稳定、性能可靠、准确度高、输出信号大、动态性能好、耐高温零点漂移小等优点。PT系列传感器与本厂的PW系列仪表配套使用能满足不同用户的各种要求，也可直接与进口仪表（如:DYNISCO）配套使用，不需做任何调整或改动，连接螺纹、引出接插件等全部兼容。
　　Through over ten years'development and consistent improvement, this kind of product can make temperature excursion of high temperature melt pressure transducers reduced greatly and can be used in strong acid and alkaline environment , since a new film invented independently has been equipped from March 1998. Moreover ,the life of this kind of product has been prolonged five to ten times than the original one. With keeping ahead in home and reaching international standards of a kind, a large quantities of these products have been exported to over thirty countries in Europe and North America.
　　Series PT of high temperature Melt Pressure Transducers are suit to measuring and controlling the pressure of some high temperature melts－such as chemical fibre, plastic, rubber and petrifaction－or other overproof liquids. This company ,which draws on the advanced technology from aboard and manufactures with imported materials and key apparatus, provides its products with stable work, credible capability, high accuracy, large outputted signal, good dynamic capability, small overproof zero temperature-excursion and other merits. Series PT can meet various consumers worked with our Series PW gauges and other imported gauges immediately, which can be compatible with annectent threads and plugs entirely without any adjustment or modification.

　　经济型压力传感器及变送器使用于塑料挤出行业压力测量，与我公司的PS系列智能数字压力表配套使用可实现压力的测量与控制，变送器系列采用24V直流供电，输出标准信号便于计算机采集。该系列产品为国内广泛使用的优势在于压力测量准确可靠，性价比高。
　　The economical kinds of pressure transducers and transmitters are suitable for pressure measurement for plastic extruding industries. They can succeed in measuring and controlling pressure with our Series PS intelligent digital pressure gauges. Power supply of these series of transmitters relies on 24V direct current, which make normal signal easy to gather by computer. The series of product are used widely in home, whose predominance lies on high accuracy of pressure measurement and high performance-to-price.

㈢、高温熔体压力传感器－防腐耐磨型

 　　防腐耐磨型压力传感器及变送器使用于塑料、化纤、石化等各种特殊场合的压力测量，与我公司的PW系列智能数字压力表配套使用可实现压力的测量与控制，变送器系列采用24V直流供电，输出标准信号便于计算机采集。该系列产品是我公司在国内唯一一家采用美国技术在膜片及螺纹上附着各种特殊涂层、涂氟化物膜片的高温熔体传感变送器。从而大大提高传感变送器的耐磨性及耐酸碱性，延长使用寿命。
　The rotproof and wearable kinds of pressure transducers and transmitters are suitable for pressure measurement on various occations of chemical fibre, plastic, rubber and petrifaction . They can succeed in measuring and controlling pressure with our Series PW intelligent digital pressure gauges. 　　BX系列轮轴称重系统的整体结构为铝合金台面或铝合金不锈钢复合台面，下部镶有多个全密封的传感器，由于传感器的超薄且镶嵌于板内，所以整体厚度只有20mm左右，而且能承载3t/100cm2的力，整体台面承载1～40t。科学合理的引坡，采用专利设计的外形，即轻便又便于移动，对提高动态测量精度起到了良好的作用。
